HOW DOES IT WORK?

BREW GREEN OR BLACK TEA

Make up to 1 GALLON of your favorite tea and add white or brown sugar.  Then, let it cool to room-temperature.

ADD KOMBUCHA STARTER SEED™

The LIVE blend of yeast & probiotics is activated and begins to transform the tea and sugar into kombucha.

LET FERMENT FOR 7 DAYS

On the 7th day, you will have delicious kombucha with a thin visible layer of the live symbiotic culture (also known as a SCOBY).  Your SCOBY can be used for Continuous Brewing to make batch-after-batch of kombucha.
